**IPAF / PASMA Instructor - North East**

Salary - Negotiable (DOE) + £4,840 car allowance + benefits

Due to increasing demand for training, we are currently looking to recruit a number of IPAF/ PASMA Instructor's to deliver training to national standards to our customer base and internal staff.

**The role in brief**:

- Delivering training to a required standard (e.g. IPAF, PASMA).
- Ensuring the Health and Safety of all delegates participating in training.
- Undertaking and ensuring that all relevant paperwork is filled out correctly and submitted in a timely fashion.
- Preparation of training areas (both indoors and outdoors) ready for delegates to arrive.

We would welcome applicants with the following skills and attributes; IPAF, PASMA, Instructor, Document Control, Preparation, Planning, PTLLS, Trainer, Communication, Client Relationship, Coaching, Mentoring.

**Essential Skills**
- IPAF & PASMA Instructor Licence. (PASMA Licence can be worked towards)
- PTLLS or equivalent training qualification, but not necessary as we can provide training.
- Excellent communicator and strong interpersonal skills.
- Enthusiastic, organised, self-motivated and good time management.
- Full drivers' licence and own transport (car allowance included in package).
