**Location**:Multiple locations across the county - This is a field based multi-site retail role

**Salary**:£27,000 Basic plus realistic on target earnings £6500 per annum

**Contract**:Permanent & Fixed Term contracts available on a 4, 6 and 8 week rolling basis

**Type**: Full time and Part Time Available

**Who Are We?**

iD Agency are an experiential marketing agency with over 20 years staffing experience who have partnered exclusively with our client, a Global Tobacco Brand to support their journey of creating a smoke free future for the UK with their heated tobacco product. This revolutionary new product that heats tobacco instead of burning it, offering several benefits over traditional tobacco products. You will be employed and managed by iD Agency on behalf of the client.

**What you will be doing?**
- In your cluster, looking after multiple retail stores where you will drive heated tobacco sales daily
- Taking full accountability for your sales and reporting to be sent at the end of each day
- Educating Adult Smokers on the benefits of heated tobacco
- Convert traditional tobacco users to begin their journey with heated tobacco
- Building relationships with store customers and retail staff to enable you to hit your targets
- Working closely with your area manager to help you hit your targets

**What’s in it for you**:

**This is a multisite position looking after various retail locations. It is a sales-based role with full training and induction provided. This is a very target orientated position.**

- Previous sales experience or an innate sense they can sell
- Tenacious and with real determination to hit their sales target
- Strong work ethic with the ability to keep pushing on
- Target orientated and money motivated
- Service centric and love meeting and talking to new people
- Enthusiastic and passionate about what they sell
- High emotional intelligence
- Fast rapport builders
- Highly self-motivated and able to work alone

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Fixed term contract, Temporary contract

**Salary**: £27,000.00-£33,500.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
