As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dedicated and skilled Rooftop Bar Supervisor to join our dynamic team.

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic **Rooftop Bar Supervisor** to oversee the daily operations of our rooftop bar. As the Supervisor, you will play a key role in providing outstanding service to our guests while maintaining a positive and efficient work environment. You will lead a team of bartenders, servers, and support staff, ensuring exceptional customer service, smooth operations, and adherence to our high-quality standards.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a bar or restaurant setting
- Extensive knowledge of bar operations, including cocktails, spirits, wine, and beer
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent customer service skills, with a passion for providing exceptional experiences to guests
- Proven ability to handle high-pressure situations and resolve conflicts
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and practices
- Must be available to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

**How to Apply**:
Pay: Up to £40,000.00 per year
