We are on the lookout for **Full Time Barbacks **in **Bar Elba, Waterloo**

We have **fast, fun and kick-ass cocktail bars** with vivid brands and mind blowing events. Our mission is to create fantastic and fun cocktails with an engaged service that putting it simply, gets the party started

Bar Elba is a **Rooftop Bar** at Waterloo Station inspired of the Battle of Waterloo _(with sister bar Tonight Josephine located just below in the basement). _Bar Elba focuses on the plights of the infamous Napoleon, who was exiled to the Mediterranean island of Elba. He took 600 of his closest pals and his fave horse Marengo with him, staying for a grand total of 300 days**.**

Serving up amazing unique cocktails, great food, brand-new boozy packages, banging themed brunches and pods all **with the backdrop of London’s most epic views**.

In our aim to create this highly successful and unique brand, we are on the hunt for hard working **BARBACKS** to add to our current team of superheroes.

**What we need from a Barback**:

- We come alive at night Our bars are open until 2am/3am.
- A go-getter attitudeBarbacks are the spine of the Team We need a Barback who is ready to get stuck in, be ready to provide the bartenders with what they need when they’re low
- this can be alcohol, garnish or even ice
- You must be confident. Because it’s not easy to carry boxes of drinks through a busy busy crowd of people at night.
- A good Barback has the best communication and can always anticipate what the team will need. You’re the ultimate team player.
- But with the right mind-set and eagerness to learn, you'll be the perfect fit Because we can teach you the rest.
- We will work with you and help **develop you** so if you are looking to take that step to becoming a Cocktail Bartender, this is where to start

We are looking for people who like to **WORK HARD** and **PLAY HARD** at the same time, not afraid to start conversations with stranger and ready to support their team with all their skills.

**This is a Full Time position**

Ability to commute/relocate:

- London, SE1 8SG: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
