PocketSquare London Skyline Bar & Terrace, now recruiting for dedicated and personable Barback to join our destination rooftop bar team.

Located on the ninth floor of the Hyatt Place London City East, our culture is simple, intimate, tailored luxury with an east London flourish and personality. Ours is truly where ‘the city’ meets the east. Art of local and international artists adorn the walls, our gin-led bar, showcases eight expertly crafted signature cocktails that carry their own unique local story, crafted in our own drink’s lab, creating new flavour profiles not found anywhere else in London.

**About the job - Barback**

As Barback joining the PocketSquare Skyline Bar & Terrace you will be supporting the dynamic and talented team in order to provide an outstanding experience for our guests and to achieve the best. Some of the key processes include but are not limited to:

- Assisting the Bar staff in preparing all pre-mixes
- Restocking and replenishing fridges
- Collecting stocks from the cellar
- Being accountable for the broken glasses audit
- Helping the bartenders to maintain the high quality Bar standards
- Food running and assisting team with food service

**About you**

With your passion and strong people skills, you are always striving to deliver a great service for guests. Previous experience working in the same or similar role in a four star hotel and destination bar environment is desired.
