**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs.
- Demonstrate strong phone etiquette when handling customer inquiries and orders.
- Engage in upselling techniques to maximise sales opportunities.
- Maintain an organised and tidy sales floor to enhance the shopping experience.
- Process transactions accurately using basic maths skills.
- Assist with inventory management, including restocking shelves and conducting stock checks.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing queries and resolving issues promptly.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and maintain a positive work environment.

**Qualifications**
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in retail or sales is preferred but not essential.
- A keen interest in selling products and providing outstanding customer service.
- Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £12.21-£14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 22.5 per week

Additional pay:
