**Title**: Sales Administrator

**Location**: Bracknell, a mix of home and office-based working

**Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to**:

- Order entry
- Ensuring orders are approved and processed in a timely and efficient manner
- Checking logistics details
- Ensuring the CRM is always kept up to date
- Creating quotations
- Completing problem report forms
- Answering all incoming calls
- Processing payments
- Arranging accommodation and travel
- Supporting with the coordination of events
- Ad-hoc administrative duties to support the wider team

**What we are looking for**:

- Prior order management experience is essential in this role due to on-boarding and the volume of order processing involved
- Prior administrative experience
- Excellent attention to detail
- Confidence in working with figures
- Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written
- Confident working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams
