Central Sales Administrator

This is an exciting opportunity to join our Head Office in Bracknell as a Central Sales Administrator.
We are looking for someone with a high level of attention to detail to join the Central Sales Team and offer support to the Central Sales Teams and the Central Sales Manager. This is the ideal role for an individual with excellent attention to detail, analytical and communication skills to join our team.
**As a Central Sales Administrator, you will need to**:
Audit individual figures and processes for the Client Services and Client Development teams in order to identify training requirements, to include:
- CVs booking process
- CV form quality
- CV cancellation reasons
- Portal / Web Chat process audit
- Applicant registration quality
- Viewing booking process
- Viewing cancellation reasons
- 3rd party lead quality
- Take inbound calls and make outbound calls from and to Chancellors Group customers and clients
- Analyse the contact centre call management system to identify potential areas of improvement and highlight any immediate action required and areas of opportunity to the Contact Centre Manager/ Central Sales Manager
- Assist in running and supporting competitions and incentives within the central teams to assist in driving performance
- Provide detailed reporting to management on various elements of the teams performance, to include:
- Update daily stats into Excel
- Send daily stats updates
- Completing monthly reporting on department figures
- Providing detailed analysis on source of appointments and instructions booked by central teams
- Call log reports for central teams
- Follow up on appointments completed in order to gain feedback that may assist in securing the business opportunity
- Conduct analysis on call quality through mystery shopping and assessment of call recordings:
- Client Visit follow up calls for appointments arranged by contact centre
- Provide feedback necessary to win instructions
- Provide feedback on lost instruction
- Organise and conduct mystery shopping calls to contact centre and provide detailed feedback on results through scoresheets provided
- Analyse call recordings using score sheets provided
- Understand the Company’s business priorities and use the daily structure to ensure you are focused on key activities that achieve the core objectives
- Use referrals to company approved 3rdparty suppliers to ensure client service requirements are fully satisfied and control of transactions is maintained to increase completion rates
- Update records with the system as required
- Complete and check commission reports for the teams
- Conduct Compliance Audits for the Central Team
- Audit and amend commission claiming points inline with guidelines
- Support central teams and Central Sales Manager with specific tasks where required
- Have previous experience in an administrative/ analytical role
- Demonstrate the ability to provide accurate reporting
- Have excellent communication skills over the telephone
- Have a pro-active and can do approach
- Be well spoken and articulate
- Be analytical in their approach to tasks
