The Role
- Engaging with clients who have shown interest in seeking mortgage or financial advice
- Being friendly and welcoming on the phone
- Going through questions to help get an understanding of the clients' needs
- Book clients into advisers' diaries
- Liaise with Financial Advisers and build professional relationships
- Standard office hours, Monday to Friday
