**Duties**

These duties are inclusive but not limited to the following:

- All aspects of Purchase ledger Control
- Including Checking & Processing Invoices & credit Notes to Sage 50 Accounts
- Reconciliation of supplier statements
- Raising & Processing BACS Payment Runs
- External & Internal Invoice query Management
- Month End Reconciliations.
- General finance admin at busy times such as year-end.
- Learning Key accounts jobs to help cover Holidays or Sickness.
- Good Communication and time management skills
- Experienced in a Purchase Ledger role, and ideally a working knowledge of Sage.
- AAT Level 1 (obtained or in progress), would be a bonus but not essential
- Strong Excel, & Outlook.

- Reliable, trustworthy and punctual with a flexible approach to work
- Able to work independently and manage time effectively, while being part of a team
- Excellent attention to detail, and take pride in their work
- To be meticulous and a self-starter
- Ability to understand Engineering drawings would be an advantage
- Must have experience using Excel and Microsoft Word
- Preferred experience using ERP/MRP systems

Hours of work - 36.5 hours per week:
Monday - Thursday 8:30am - 17:00pm and Friday 8:30am - 16:00pm

Pay: Up to £25k depending on experience

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Up to £25,000.00 per year
