AWD-IT is the leading Gaming PC brand in the UK, empowering our customers to game, stream, and create on high quality PC’s. Recent rapid expansion has created an opportunity for a dedicated and passionate Customer Service Representative to join our growing team in Newcastle, Stoke on Trent.

**Role: Customer Service Representative**

**Reporting to: Customer Service Manager**

**Level: Entry**

**Core responsibilities**:

- Manage a case-log within agreed service levels with limited oversight.
- Report on consumer trends and communicate clearly internally.
- Be the face of the company to existing and potential customers.

**Required**:

- A desire to work with people to solve problems: customers and colleagues.
- Empathy. We are a customer obsessed company and we want customers to feel this.
- Clear communication in English.
- Knowledge of computer hardware.
- Ability to work under pressure at a fast pace.
- High attention to detail.
- Work to targets and tight deadlines with a can-do attitude.
- Grade C or above GCSE Maths and English.

**Desirable**:

- A passion for video gaming and PC hardware is advantageous.
- A desire to learn and continuously improve.
- Proficiency in French, Italian, German, or Spanish is a plus.
