**Job Title**: Customer Satisfaction Coordinator

**Salary**: £22,943 per annum

**Reports To**: Customer Satisfaction Supervisor

**Schedule**: 08:00 - 17:00, Monday - Friday

**What is the role?**

Sometimes, customers need you to expedite their orders. At other times, they may need to return an item to us for additional repair. Or something completely different Whatever the problem is, you are the representative of Radwell that our customer trusts to get them back up and running as quickly and as smoothly as possible.

To resolve any issues, you’ll need to be able to communicate clearly and effectively with customers and vendors and also internal departments, Supervisors and Managers to ensure that you can get what the customer needs as quickly as possible. You’ll also need to be computer literate as you’ll be using multiple systems at the same time to keep up with the busy day

**What Qualifications and Experience do you need?**

5 x GCSE A-C (must include English) or equivalent qualifications - **essential**.

Prior customer service experience - desirable.
