Role summary:
Manage all accreditation activities and queries for Approved Organisations and their accredited personnel (Approved Individuals) throughout their company accreditation.

Collaborate closely within the Accreditation team to manage the shared inboxes; meet assessment and ad hoc deadlines and achieve team objectives and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) whilst ensuring an equal division of tasks and responsibilities.

Key Tasks:

- Develop and manage relationships with approved organisations
- Monitor SLAs for the Accreditation Process.
- Efficient resolution of complaints about accredited approved organisations, personnel or the Accreditation process in line with the company complaints policy.
- Keep internal systems and tracking spreadsheets updated.
- Manage trainer and the organisations deadlines, chasing the approved organisations as appropriate and managing any subsequent extensions, suspensions and withdrawals by writing formal letters
- Responsible for reading, understanding and working in accordance with the processes relevant to the Accreditation team
- Participate in meetings and ad-hoc tasks, projects and audits.
- Application Processing
- Coordinate certification of all 3 elements in order to sign off the approved organisation
- Surveillance and Re-assessment
- Ensure ongoing compliance of approved organisations and Individuals to the Quality management System (QMS).
- Liaise with approved organisations and Individuals to arrange reassessment activities, working 3-4 months in advance of the expiry of their certificates.
- Create and review approved organisations and Individual surveillance reports, identifying any potential risk and arranging the relevant follow-up activity.
- Management of assessments
- Liaise with assessors to schedule required assessments and provide them with all relevant information to undertake assessments.
- Process Assessor reports, liaising with the Assessor on any issues within the report and coordinate the certification of the report by a Certification Decision Maker.

Skills Required:

- Ability to execute accreditation processes within QMS standards and SLAs
- Ability to problem-solve and think creatively to meet non-standard customer requirements - while meeting APMG standards and SLAs
- Ability to communicate at appropriate levels of a customer organisation
- Excellent level of spoken and written English

**Qualifications**:

- A-Levels or equivalent
- GCSE (or equivalent) Grade A-C/9-4 in English

**Experience**:

- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a customer focused role
