I am working with an established and successful manufacturing business based in Ilminster who are looking to recruit a Head of Finance.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Build stakeholder confidence by aligning financial and business planning processes.
- Contribute significantly to the definition and execution of the company’s business strategy.
- Provide line management and leadership for the Finance team.
- Prepare timely monthly management accounts and submit quarterly consolidated financial accounts
- Prepare annual statutory accounts in conjunction with the auditors.
- Maintain, control, and optimise the ERP system to enhance financial and business processes.
- Develop and implement systems to aid in data collection and calculations, ensuring continuous improvement.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £50,000.00-£70,000.00 per year
