- Managing the onboarding of privileged Infrastructure and Application accounts into BeyondTrust, for break-glass access.
- Integration of BeyondTrust with ServiceNow for verification of Incident and Change Request references for breakglass access.
- Integration of the environments, for infrastructure simplification.
- Closure of audit actions related to Privileged Access control gaps.
- Matrix management for the technical engineers working on the project.
- Regular status reporting to key stakeholders, escalating issues / risks quickly.
- Track project tasks, milestones and RAID log.
- Management of the project financials in Clarity.
- Work with the Programme / Portfolio Managers to ensure adherence to the company standards for governance and risk management
- Preparation, collation, and distribution of project status reports, ad-hoc presentations, and reporting (including senior management reporting).
- Understand the roles, needs, and influence of different stakeholders and plan communications to provide appropriate and well-timed updates.
- Establish effective working relationships with key stakeholders, demonstrating understanding of their perspective, proactivity and their delivery focus.
