Role Description This is a full‑time on‑site role based in Greater London for an Information Technology (IT) Manager. The IT Manager will oversee the organization’s IT infrastructure, systems, and networks, ensuring optimal performance, security, and scalability. Responsibilities include managing IT staff, implementing new technologies to streamline operations, troubleshooting complex technical issues, and maintaining compliance with industry standards. The IT Manager will also collaborate with cross‑functional teams to achieve company goals and drive digital innovation. Qualifications Proficiency in IT infrastructure management, network configuration, and cybersecurity protocols. Experience with software implementation, systems integration, and technical troubleshooting. Strong leadership, project management, and team‑building skills. Knowledge of IT compliance standards and data protection regulations. Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate across departments. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent work experience. Prior experience in an IT management role is highly desirable.
