Our client is looking to appoint an Administrative Assistant on a part time basis for approximately 20 hours per week. The preferred pattern of working hours is Monday - Friday 9am - 1pm. This will initially be a temporary role for approximately 3 months with a view to longer term/permanent employment thereafter.

**Duties include**:

- Inputting and monitoring orders in Sage.
- Allocating stock and raising Purchase Orders in Sage and through the Office Portal.
- Checking in Purchase Orders and allocating stock.
- Producing Delivery Notes and Courier Labels.
- Making Up Orders for Dispatch.
- Invoicing and Statements.

The role is part office and part warehouse based and applicants must be adaptable and willing to undertake a varied workload.

**Person specification**
- Strong administrative and IT skills.
- Ability to work with accuracy and attention to detail in processing orders.
- Capable of identifying and rectifying discrepancies.
- Able to meet the demands of a busy and varied role.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
