We have over 30 years’ experience in the sale and repair of home appliances from leading brands including AEG, Beko, Neff, Zanussi, Smeg, Siemens and Bosch in Inverness with our engineers covering the whole of the Highlands, Skye, Strathspey and Moray.

Role:
As the result of continued expansion, we are looking to recruit a flexible part-time Administrative Assistant to our office in Culloden.
- Work 3 mornings a week and approximately 10 weeks full-time holiday cover
- Receive and process deliveries to the office
- Processing payments
- Dealing with various admin tasks
- Updating and maintaining customer records
- Support team members and provide cover when necessary to ensure work is completed to a high standard
- Must be able to commute to our office in Culloden

Desirable:

- Previous experience working in an office environment
- Professional phone manner when speaking to customers
- A confident and enthusiastic individual who has experience working in customer service
- Geographical knowledge of the area our service engineers cover (Highlands, Skye, Moray, Strathspey)
- Well organised
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with good attention to detail
- Experience working to deadlines and multi-tasking
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Social media skills are an advantage as we have a growing digital presence
