This is a super exciting opportunity to work for this SaaS platform company, joining the team as little or as often as you want in the London HQ office. This position would suit a seasoned marketing analytics professional looking to take on a new challengeof the early days of an analytics function.

**THE COMPANY**

This is a treatment provider through their SaaS platform, working across the UK and Europe. With this company's desire to further the capability of the marketing tech team, you will have the chance to really make an impact and be fulfilled in your day today, while also developing your skillset and experience further.

**WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT TO DO?**

You will be joining the tech team while also working alongside the core marketing team. You can expect to:

- Assist in optimising the data set-up of the company, specifically the marketing space, to pave the way for your future projects that you get to determine
- Build out key segments to ensure most appropriate customer communication and best targeting
- Conduct deep dive analysis into marketing performance and general business performance
- Share actionable insights and recommendations to various stakeholders
- Understand customer behaviour, for example investigate lapsed customers, predicting this to prevent it from happening

**WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR IN YOU?**
- Excellent SQL proficiency, having used it in your current and previous roles to understand customer behaviour and marketing analytics
- Data visualisation tool experience - this business uses Looker, but are open to any tool experience
- CRM tool experience - the business uses Braze, but they are again open to specific experience
- a/b testing across marketing campaigns to test performance
- the passion for a smaller team and function in its earlier stages, happy to roll up your sleeves and get stuck into the establishment of groundworks for exciting projects
