Allen Motor Group are currently looking to employ a Fleet Account Co-Ordinator to work from our Ford dealership in Northampton. This position is offered on a fixed term contract basis, 40 hours a week contract, Monday to Friday, and reports to the Group Fleet Director.

**Do I need experience?**
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy

**Key Duties and Responsibilities**
- Prospecting via CRM database and diary system and use initiative to locate and interact with local business and other commercial vehicle operators.
- Processing all quotation requests in a timely manner.
- Regularly reviewing and actioning all outstanding debts.
- Responsible for ensuring high quality customer interactions.
- Responsible for quality checks.
- Coordinating deliveries and handover of vehicles.
- Passing and maintaining all FCA and GDPR compliance/accreditation in line with AMG policy.
- Maintaining manufacturers training standards and remain up to date with the brand make, models and pricing structure.
- Ensuring that all details of all vehicle transactions are accurately processed.
- Ensuring timely and accurate completion of finance proposals and documentation.
- Ensuring that pre-delivery inspection and any repairs/servicing are carried out, with the customer being updated through the process.
- Ensuring that all manufacturer data technology apps are bonded and activated and have been evidenced.
