Nursery Administrator- Maternity Cover

We are looking for an Administrator to work alongside the nursery childcare team to ensure the office is efficient and organised and continues to support the running of the nursery.

**About Us**:
An impressive modern purpose built nursery, that is fully air conditioned and boasts a great outside space that includes two all weather outside play area's featuring a bike track, water pumps and a bespoke forest school facility with outside classroom.

**Responsibilities**:

- Fee collection and credit control, including recording cash / cheque / card receipts / voucher receipts and banking of any monies
- Administering carer accounts for the nursery on various voucher providers websites
- Administration of direct debits
- Production of monthly invoices, issuing invoices / statements to parents
- Chasing parents for payment of fees face to face, by telephone and letters

**What we need from you?**
- Passion and commitment for working in childcare
- Ability to work shifts between 7.30-6.00pm Monday to Friday up to 20 hours.
- Commitment to continual development
- Administration Qualifications, knowledge of MS Excel and to work to set deadlines.

Please note the nursery is open from 7:30am-6:30pm, Monday to Friday, shift patterns will be rotating within these opening hours. Please make sure you can commit to early and late shifts before applying.

**Wage is competitive and dependent on experience, qualifications and hours worked, and will be discussed at interview stage.**

**Job Types**: Part-time, Temporary contract

**Salary**: £11.34 per hour
