**Product Specialist, Legal Document Solutions**

Working at the heart of digital transformation a role is available for a Product Specialist to take ownership and responsibility for driving adoption and embedding a key technology solution across the firm, whilst also delivering an exceptional client experience. **Key Responsibilities** of the Product Specialist
- Manages a busy workload day to day with the ability to prioritise work and achieve time sensitive deadlines
- Embeds themselves within the firm as an expert (document automation, contract review etc), understanding what is achievable and how, as well as helping to define specific solutions to requirements.
- Delivers technology projects including the automation of legal templates, building and running contract review projects alongside the practice groups and designing and building e-signature templates and bulk-send projects
- Collates, analyses, prepares and shares data on the usage of all of the technology estate and uses data to identify opportunities for product optimisation, training, and improvements
- Works with stakeholders to drive the awareness and adoption of the technology estate, supporting with any initial issues where appropriate
- Helps to support with upskilling stakeholders across the technology estate by assisting with training and sharing best practice/experiences on how to get the most value
- Deploys agile project management methodologies as well as IT best practice to provide an excellent and efficient service to all stakeholders
- Assists with any upgrades, integrations or configurations of existing technology solutions
- Acts as a point of escalation for any issues identified that cannot be resolved by the support teams and responds to them in a timely fashion, managing communications to those impacted accordingly

**Skills & Attributes** of the Product Specialist
- Strong day to day self-management with a focus on service excellence and delivery
- Has good technical ability and proficiency
- Excellent communication skills in a variety of situations and when dealing with a variety of challenging stakeholders
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to use their expertise to define suitable and quality solutions to complex problems as well as estimate the effort required to deliver them
- Confident and credible in dealing with internal and external stakeholders with the ability to build lasting and strong relationships
- Pragmatic, robust and resourceful, with the ability to adapt quickly to different situations and personalities
- Experience working with document automation or document review technologies would be beneficial
