**What You’ll Be Doing**
Provide high quality, professional project coordination services to customers and prospects.
- Onboard new Managed Service customers, ensuring projects for new MS customers stay on track
- Manage aspects of projects including planning, monitoring, control, reporting and communication to achieve successful implementations, delivered to the required quality, time and budget
- Assume control of the customer project team and allocate tasks to team members
- Ensure all customer assigned work packages are completed on time; ready for MHR consultancy to attend site
- Manage RAID log on behalf of the customer, highlighting Risks and Issues to the Project Sponsor
- Manage and direct internal customer project team meetings, providing honest and candid feedback to all team members
- Supporting the Project Manager on large MS projects
- Ensure customer processes and system set up are fit for purpose
- Manage all onboarding consultancy activities are complete during the project, supporting in stage gates and monitoring progress of all MS projects
- Assist with ITT responses, estimates, project plans and other pre-sales activities.
- Salesforce management/ documentation management
- Ensure consultancy Activity Reports are distributed to relevant members of the customer internal project team
- Ensure that all project deliverables, timescales, and commercials are clearly defined and understood before accepting a project during the sales handover process and during internal handovers
- Continually identify and drive additional commercial opportunities.
