**Strategic Health and Safety Project Manager (12-month FTC)
Southeast or London

**Salary**: up to £65,000 plus excellent benefits**

We've been engaged by one of the UK's largest real estate organisations (constituent of the FTSE100 index) to identify a **Strategic Health and Safety Project Manager**for a 12-month fixed term contract. The organisation holds a multibillion-pound property portfolio, which is predominantly modern and industrial properties.

This role will report directly to the Group Health and Safety Manager and the Strategic Health and Safety Group Lead, focusing on implementing and re-developing the management systems across the organisation (UK-wide and European sites).

**Responsibilities of the Strategic Health and Safety Project Manager will include**:

- Structuring the Safety Management system to ensure that responsibilities have been mapped across the organisation
- Developing the Safety Management tools, standards, and guidance documents
- Developing and manage Stakeholder expectations and strategy for project deliverables
- Making sure that new training plans are identified via analysis and with new forecasted structures / methods

**The successful Strategic Health and Safety Project Manager will have**:

- NEBOSH / NCRQ diploma (or equivalent) and membership of IOSH is mandatory
- Proven experience in a similar health and safety leadership position, ideally with property, facilities management, or related industry experience
- Proven experience of influencing and engaging with stakeholders at all levels
- Willingness to travel including international as required
