**ABOUT THE ROLE**

**Responsibilities**:

- Work with Supply chain & buying manager and the production team to set up the schedule
- Working with the supply chain analyst to ensure all stock due to pack is ready and available
- Accurate stock control
- Placing POs and closing when required
- Creation of works orders for production
- Maintaining the schedule and production plans and making them as efficient as possible
- Provide accurate daily & weekly volumes with capacity information
- Creating transfer orders for the warehouse to ensure picking is done in time for production
- Chasing suppliers on deliveries
- Assisting with any Market places or wholesale shipments

Skills required:

- Experience in working in FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods)
- A strong understanding and competency of Excel
- Highly organised
- Attention to detail
- Familiar with NetSuite - Not essential
- Must be able to work on own initiative, under pressure and to meet specific deadlines
