Production Scheduler & Materials Controller

FMCG Premium Food Manufacturer

Leicester - Up to £35K

**The Role**

Joining their established Supply Chain team, the role of Production Scheduler & Materials Controller will see you in a crucial position. Your duties will include;
- Raising work orders and produce weekly production schedules
- Deliver short term (3month) production plans
- raise material purchase orders
- Reduce cost and minimise waste
- Define a materials delivery schedule which supports the production schedule
- Be prepared for daily modification of production schedules - last minute changes

**Your Skills/Experience**

To be considered for this position you will need;
- Previous experience withing an FMCG/food environment
- Supply Chain/manufacturing experience is essential
- Advanced Excel
- Ability to work calmly under pressure to tight deadlines
- Commercially astute with excellent numeracy skills
- Process driven
- can adapt to changing environments
