A worldwide, leading firm of Chartered Surveyors with offices in the UK, and overseas are looking to add a confident Valuation Surveyor to their London office.

**The successful Valuation Surveyor's role**

Managing wider insurance Valuations and ongoing instructions for their clients in the UK and overseas, undertaking Valuations on buildings and plant equipment for insurances purposes and providing quality reporting as standard.

There is an opportunity for the Valuation Surveyor to receive ongoing training and support with career progression.

**The Valuation Surveyor will ideally hold**
- MRICS or AssocRICS qualified
- Insurance Valuation knowledge
- Plant equipment experience
- Clear and concise communication
- Well written and high-quality reporting

**In Return?**
- Salary up to £55,000
- High fee earning potential
- 25 days holiday plus bank holidays
- Birthday day off
- Enrolment to the pension scheme at 4%
- Car Allowance of £5,000
- All RICS fees paid for
