Our well established client in Potters Bar is looking for enthusiastic Customer Service Advisor's to join the team on a temporary basis.

**Key Details**

Contract - Temporary

Location - Potters Bar

Salary - £10.00 - £12.00 per hour plus holiday allowance

Hours - Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm

**Role and Responsibility**
- To answer inbound telephone calls from customers
- To make outbound telephone calls
- To handle and resolve customer queries
- Using client systems and web based systems to handle customer calls.
- Ability to work in a team environment - ensure all calls are answered in a timely manner.
- Keep an accurate record of all customer details and other data.

To be successful for this role you will need to have previous experience within Customer Service.
