Job Title: Trainee Customer Service
Location: Potters Bar, Hertfordshire (Hybrid)

**Salary**: £19,500 - £22,000 per annum
Contract: Permanent, Full Time - Monday - Friday, 9am-5.00 pm - One in two Saturdays, 9.00 am - 1.00pm.

Our client who was established over 20 years ago and provide customers with bespoke services tailored to suit their needs are urgently recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor to join their successful business. No experience is required; however, the successfulapplicant must have previous customer service experience and a confident, resilient telephone manner.

SKILLS REQUIRED
- A professional and confident telephone manner
- Retail or hospitality experience is an advantage
- Proficient user of MS Office Suite
- Previous experience working towards KPIs

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Process renewal documents
- Advising customers how to process insurance claims
- Calling customers that are due for an insurance renewal
- Cross-selling services and providing excellent customer service
- Advising customers on data regarding reducing claims statistics
- Offering the clients full services adhering to legislation and compliance
- Keep spreadsheets up to date
