**Role Overview**
Step into a starring role behind the scenes of LaplandUK as a **Food & Beverage Assistant (Hospitality Assistant).**You’ll be part of a passionate, fast-paced team dedicated to creating joyful moments for families as they dine in our festive cafes and restaurants.

This is more than just a job — it’s a chance to help craft unforgettable memories during the most magical time of the year.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide warm, memorable service to families in our themed cafes and restaurants
- Prepare and serve food and drinks in line with LaplandUK’s service and hygiene standards
- Immerse yourself in the LaplandUK story to bring an extra touch of magic to each guest’s experience
- Offer helpful recommendations by developing strong product knowledge
- Maintain costume and presentation standards
- Attend and participate in required training sessions

**Availability**: Part-time and full-time roles available (minimum 3 shifts per week)
