The hospital is situated off the A537 just outside Macclesfield town centre.

Key Aspects Of Your Role Will Include

  • Supporting and contributing to the development of high-performing hospital teams who are engaged in the Spire vision and purpose.
  • Assisting in the delivery of local hospital and group-wide change, transformation and business improvement projects.
  • Playing a key role in managing hospital capacity to ensure efficiency, support growth opportunities, and meet business objectives.
  • Contributing to commercial growth by identifying and helping to develop local business opportunities and partnerships.
