**Overview**

**Duties**
- Manage incoming calls with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, ensuring all information is up-to-date.
- Organise and maintain office files, both physical and electronic, to facilitate easy access to information.
- Assist with clerical duties such as typing documents, preparing reports, and managing correspondence.
- Utilise QuickBooks for basic accounting tasks, including invoicing and tracking expenses.
- Coordinate schedules and appointments for team members, ensuring efficient time management.
- Support the team with various administrative tasks as required to enhance productivity.
- Maintain a clean and organised office environment to promote a positive workplace culture.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position is desirable.
- Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is advantageous.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Excellent data entry skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- A good understanding of office procedures and practices is preferred.
