**Location: Remote working**
**Duration: 6 months**
**Pay: £10.55 per hour PAYE**
**The Role**
In this role you will support UK and Ireland associates and you will be the operational partner responsible for processing not only the transactional pieces of an employee's life cycle but in shaping the HR administration processes.
**What you'll do**
- Main owner of the HR mailbox and ticketing tool.
- Updating associates records (including clean-up exercises) using appropriate HRIS tools including Workday.
- First point of contact for initiating assignment change letters and other contractual changes through HR coordinators in other countries
- Maintaining and protecting confidential data with utmost scrutiny, judgment and care.
- Using reporting tools to prepare reports for the HR team involving HR metrics, compliance reporting, training tracking and headcount reporting.
- Partnering with HR management, payroll, Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition, Learning and Development and other system owners to resolve employee questions and issues.
- Managing both the on-boarding and off-boarding process of associates (offer to new hire induction to exit management).
- Maintain employee files (on-site and online). Creating and managing all supporting documentation for contractual changes.
- First point of contact for Managers and Associates on using Workday.
- Liaise with the Fleet team and company car vendor on payroll actions and car ordering/returning etc.
- Supporting other projects, tasks and communications as requested.
**Experience Required**
- You have up to 2 years of similar work experience, supporting a growing organisation.
- An excellent communicator and strive to exceed expectations of your clients.
- You possess solid interpersonal skills; ability to work effectively in a team environment and to engage and work with a wide range of stakeholders i.e. payroll, benefits, IT.
- Highly organised and with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Interest in working across the European region for HR coordination inquiries
- Proficient in using Microsoft 365.
- Demonstrated ability to manage a high workload and to prioritise efficiently in order to meet client needs.
- A self-starter who can use their initiative to support the team and remain motivated when working from home due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
- Experienced using Workday to process all transactions related to the employee life cycle.
