Purchasing Administrator

We are looking for an Administrator who wants to take the next step in their career You will be responsible for a variety of administrative duties and overseeing the order processing procedure for our busy Purchasing Team at Shellingford Depot.
- Up to £22,500 per annum dependent upon experience
- 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
- No evenings or weekends
- Bank holidays off and extended Christmas closure
**The Role**:
You will have come from an administrative background but have the willingness and enthusiasm to learn the purchasing side of the role. Full training will be provided where required.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- First point of contact for relevant queries
- Raise and process purchase orders in a timely manner
- Deliver excellent customer service to a range of internal and external stakeholders
- Ensure documentation is consistently compliant with policies and regulations
- Adhoc administrative duties
**Essential Skills**:
- Administration or purchasing experience
- Excellent communication skills and telephone manner
- IT literate (Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook)
- Good level of numeracy and accuracy
- Prioritise a varied workload with mínimal supervision
- Demonstrate a flexible approach to work with a ‘can do’ attitude
