**Contract Type**: Full Time, Permanent
**Location**: Homebased (with ad-hoc travel)
**Working Hours**: 37.5 hours per week, start and finish times flexible within core hours
Here at VIVO we are looking for a P2P Finance Assistant to support our 11 strong P2P Finance Team and the wider Commercial team with the purchase to pay process.
What you’ll need to do this role
First and foremost, you will need to have demonstrable experience in P2P finance or accounts payable along with processing payment to supply chains. It is essential that you proficient in using IT systems, such as Microsoft Word and Excel and ideal that you are familiar with Maximo or guided buying systems. You will also need to be educated to an NVQ Level 2 standard or have equivalent experience.
As this role requires managing relationships across the team, wider VIVO contracts and with external stakeholders, it is essential that you are an excellent communicator and have experience in an office based, preferably commercial environment.
You must be able to pass BPSS Clearance to be considered for this role.
