**Senior Recruitment Consultant Accountancy & Finance**

**£25,000 - £35,000 (Uncapped commission, car allowance and benefits)**

Are you an experienced Qual A&F recruiter looking to make a name for yourself? Our Leeds Accountancy & Finance team have recently restructured and as a result we are looking for an experienced recruiter to further develop the permanent Qualified Accountancy market, working with a team of experienced recruiters to build the brand and in doing so create a platform for your success. We have very strong foundations in our A&F team and we are keen to build on these by recruiting talented and ambitious individuals.

You will be supported by an experienced leadership team, including the CEO who is based from the Leeds office. They will provide you with everything you need to drive your business forward and ensure you fulfil your potential and create opportunities that match your ambitions - whether that is as a billing consultant or a manager.

**What we are looking for**:

- Experienced Recruiter, you would focus on permanent roles within the qualified market. Your territory is vast and as such you could carve out a business which suits your skills and passion.
- Confident sales professional, demonstrating the ability to build a portfolio of clients, undertake business development activities, including negotiation and objection handling
