Finance & Accounting Recruitment ConsultantLocation: Leeds City Centre Competitive base salary £28,000 - £40,000 + Uncapped Commission Are you a driven professional looking to build a rewarding career in specialist finance & accountancy recruitment? Join our dynamic team as we continue to expand our presence in the Yorkshire finance market. The Role As a Finance & Accounting Recruitment Consultant, you'll partner with leading businesses across Leeds and Yorkshire to place finance professionals from newly qualified accountants to senior finance leaders. You'll manage the full recruitment lifecycle while building and maintaining lasting relationships with both clients and candidates. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain a pipeline of finance and accounting candidates through headhunting, networking, and referrals Build strong relationships with hiring managers at client companies across various sectors Manage end-to-end recruitment process from job qualification to offer negotiation Hit and exceed quarterly revenue targets through permanent and interim placements Contribute to business development initiatives to expand our client base Stay current with market trends in finance and accounting recruitment What We're Looking For Previous recruitment experience in a professional services sector Strong commercial acumen and new business development skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Results-driven mindset with high levels of self-motivation Resilient and adaptable approach to work Graduate degree preferred but not essential What We Offer Uncapped commission structure with realistic OTE of £50,000 - £80,000 in year one Comprehensive training and development programme Clear career progression path to senior consultant and management roles Modern office in central Leeds location 25 days holiday + bank holidays Private healthcare and pension scheme Regular team social events and incentives Hybrid working options available About Us We are a specialist finance and accounting recruitment consultancy with an established presence in Yorkshire for over 20 years.
