Venture-People provide bespoke support packages to individuals living with and recovery from, mental ill health in Sussex. We work with a person-centered and recovery approach; empowering individuals to become as independent as possible.

The role of Project Worker is based at our Lulworth Corner service within Portslade. Lulworth Corner offers accommodation, with and enhanced level of support, to individuals experiencing a mental health condition and/or autism spectrum disorder and/or learning disability.

We work in a psychologically informed environment and recognize it is important to offer flexibility, dedication, and compassion; therefore, these are the traits that we look for in members of our team.

**Qualifications and Skills**

You should have an enthusiasm and interest in working within the mental health sector with excellent verbal and written communication skills and a willingness to go the extra mile. You should have a flexible approach that respects individual differences with an ability to work as part of a team as well as independently, using your initiative.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £21,424.00-£24,757.20 per year
