We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Responsible Individual to work with the Senior Management Team to help oversea the opening of a new Residential Children's Home in the Runcorn area.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Register as the Responsible Individual of a children's home
- Work with Director to assist with the opening of a new children's home
- Ensure the service is fit for purpose and ensure the service meets OFSTED guidelines and standards
- Lead on recruitment of a brand new staff team
- Implement policies and procedures for the service to follow
- Lead on safeguarding concerns
- Line manage Registered Manager

Qualifications / Experience
- Experience and understanding of running a children’s home
- Good understanding of safeguarding processes
- Good leadership and management skills including financial management
- A sound understanding of practice and working with young people
- A good understanding of the policies and procedures used in children’s home
- Driving Licence
- NVQ Level 5 in Leadership and Management

Other information
- Rate up to 550 per day depending on experience
- Part time work - 1 / 2 days a week

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to £550.00 per day
