Do you like the idea of working for a growing financial services firm?

We are recruiting for a Reward Analyst to join the team initially on a 6 months fixed term contract.

This role can be based in Manchester or Bristol, with a view to coming into the office regularly.

**Are you who we are looking for?**
- You have a proven track record of analysing data. Comfortable using Excel at an advanced level
- You are organised and you can work to the agreed deadlines
- You have previous experience working in an HR Department and/or a keen passion to start a career in Reward
- You can comfortably present information to senior stakeholders
- You know how to leverage various metrics to inform business decisions
- You are a team player

**What does the day-to-day look like?**:

- Data reporting and benefits administrations
- Prepare Analytics and reports to provide insight to the HR Leadership team
- Prepare reports for monthly payroll approval
- Assist in the processing of annual salary increases and bonuses
- Liaise with 3rd party payroll and benefits suppliers
- Ensure all relevant and accurate changes for maternity leave are processed, including communications and when necessary, liaise directly with the relevant employee
- Ad-Hoc HR Support as required
