We are a small team of around 10 people in the UK and part of a bigger group around the world.
We are looking for a smart person who can join the team and look after a few different areas:
- Recruitment
- HR
- Office Admin
**Recruitment**
Ultimately, the responsibilities of the Recruiter are to ensure our company attracts, hires and retains the best employees while growing a strong talent pipeline.
**HR**
Once you have hired a team member, taking them through a journey within the team and getting them onboarded and introduced to our teams (Virtual and In-person).
We use software systems for attendance management and payroll etc. You will have to make sure they are up to date.
We are not hiring regularly but this may be one person a month for next few months and then no-one for many months after that (depends on company growth).
**Office Admin**
The physical office is in the campus of Ruskin College in Headington. Making sure there is enough supplies of coffee etc. Overlooking the work of the cleaner and arranging anything in the office will be a part of your responsibilities.
This will require you to be in the office for at least one day a week or at most 2 days when teams are over from other parts of the world.
**What will you do**
- Review the job descriptions and on relevant job portals
- Identify the best methods of recruiting and take the lead on improving recruitment and assessment methods
- Develop a resourcing plan and organise your time accordingly
- Proactively develop relationships with key recruiting partners
- Provide support with onboarding and take care of the employee through their new beginnings in Target Integration. Employees may be virtual and or in Oxford.
- You should be very comfortable using latest technologies, we use some of the latest and greatest features of technology to manage our business.
