We are looking for a Fleet Maintenance Coordinator based at our offices in Salford Manchester working 8am - 5.30pm Monday - Friday
**What you will be doing**:

- Production of fleet reports as required by Fleet Manager
- Scheduling maintenance booking for fleet assets
- Handling of breakdown and other phone calls.
- Produce reports to customers in a timely manner
- Updating contracts and pricing
- Ad hoc administration tasks requested by the Team
- Reconciling Data
- Processing of supplier purchase orders

**About you**:

- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft office, particularly Excel (SUMIF & VLOOKUP formulae and Pivot tables etc.)
- Excellent numerical skills are essential to reconcile data quickly and accurately
- Experience in dealing with customers
- Previous experience of working in a busy office environment
- You will hold a UK valid driving license
- Organisation skills with attention to detail
