Liberty has an exciting opportunity for a Grounds Maintenance & Arboriculture Environmental Manager to join our team, based in Salford.You will be working on social housing, on a full-time, permanent basis, working 40 hours per week and in return, youwill receive a basic salary of £35k to £40,000 per annum (depending on experience) Plus Benefits.

**Responsibilities for this Grounds Maintenance & Arboriculture Environmental**

**Manager role are**:
Effectively delivery the contract in line with clients’ specifications

Compile, update and maintain performance data and management

Manage profit and loss account & effective client liaison

Ensure all income is captured and control outgoings

Ensure staff are motivated and achieving high performance levels

Implement health and safety procedures and policy

Ensuring staff have received the training and development needed to fulfil their role successfully within the business

Undertake the risk assessments and COSHH assessments for the ground’s maintenance and arboriculture team

Conduct regular toolbox talks to inform and train staff

Ensure all health and safety inspections are complete e.g. LOLER

Conduct site safety inspections

Manage the grounds maintenance and arboriculture machinery and equipment

Ensure fleet is optimised and monitor repairs

Monitor and supervisor the performance of contractors providing grounds maintenance and arboriculture services

**What we are looking for in our ideal Grounds Maintenance & Arboriculture**

**Environmental Manager**:
GCSE including Maths and English. Experience in all aspects of grounds

Maintenance & arboriculture. Experience in managing, supervising & motivating

people, knowledge of health and safety regulations.High level of IT skills including Microsoft Office software (Outlook, Word, Excel & PowerPoint) & valid driver’s license
