**About the Role**:
With that in mind, now is a pivotal moment for the brand as we look to supercharge our growth. Due to some internal changes, there is a requirement for a new Head of Marketing - TGB. Reporting to the Marketing Director this role will work in partnership with the rest of the Marketing leadership team and lead the TGB brand. It is the responsibility of this person to develop the strategy and plans for our number 1 brand that will be the driver of our growth and contribute to us achieving our ambitious goal of reaching £250m in revenue.

This role will be responsible for the strategic development and execution of TGB across our own e-commerce platforms and with our customers. There are big plans in place to further disrupt our consumer offering and to disrupt in new categories. You will be responsible for the 360 marketing campaigns that will drive loyalty and sales. We are a fast-paced organisation as will this role

**Key Competencies**:

- You will be the owner of the brand, marketing, strategic & customer experience metrics & be responsible for supercharging our no.1 brand
- Leverage the full marketing mix to deliver plans that drive our NPD whilst also accelerating & growing the core business
- Lead the overarching brand strategy for consumer brands in collaboration with the Marketing Director & CMO
- Be the brand guardian ensuring brand mission, personality and values are at the forefront of all activity both internally and externally
- Build a multi-faceted brand communications strategy; drive ideas and innovation to build consistent and efficient brand campaigns.
- Propose and manage brand projects / campaigns directly in-line with business objectives
- Evaluation of competitors campaigns and marketing activity
- Manage brand calendar for each element of the marketing plan, including product launches, relaunches & promotions
- Set deadlines and lead the team to ensure that marketing assets and collateral are delivered in line with the brand calendar
- Lead and develop your team, empowering them to create and deliver new initiatives and a continual improvement of the brand experience & storytelling
- Develop close working relationship with the Digital DTC team to deliver world-class digital content, inspirational imagery, and innovative brand content
- Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders across brand functions to ensure truly integrated approach to brand
