The Role: Junior Account Handler - Motor Fleet

To provide quality back up and support services to Citynets Motor Fleet Division to facilitate maximum return of profit while maintaining the firm's reputation and integrity. Providing assistant and support to senior account handlers taking care of the firm's customers and demonstrating respect for the regulatory obligations of the firm as per the firms' procedures manual

**Responsibilities**:

- Support and complete administrative tasks within the Motor Fleet Division.
- Assist Senior account handlers and other stakeholders in upkeep of the Motor Fleet divisions processes and procedures.
- Logging enquires on to the insurance system or excel as appropriate with current procedures and keeping the insurance system up to date for all policies handled.
- Ability to use initiative based on knowledge and experience, organised with the ability to prioritise your workload, be a good team player, a quick learner and be results driven.
- Keen to learn and offer support to senior team members within the Motor Fleet division.

**Experience**:

- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Organised and be a good team player
- Experience within the Motor insurance industry would be desirable but not essential
- Excellent IT skills with the ability to grasp new systems quickly
- Desire to further career within the Motor Fleet division undertaking any further learning and development opportunities
