This is a **flexible part-time role**, with hours ranging from clerking for one school to several schools and hours being agreed individually to suit your availability.

All new team members receive induction training, with ongoing support and development opportunities provided by our dedicated Governor Services Team.

**Key Requirements**

- Confident in building and maintaining professional relationships
- Committed to self-development and continuous learning
- Willing to provide advice and guidance to all governing board members
- Able to work independently and flexibly, with professionalism and integrity
- Able and willing to travel to their school to participate in in-person governing board meetings

You will be expected to uphold the **Nolan Principles** and demonstrate respectful challenge and support in your governance role. A DBS check will be required.
