**A Plus Aluminium** have a unique opportunity for a **Office Administrator** to join our growing team based in **Watford**.

We offer the successful **Office Administrator** a competitive starting salary of **£28,000 - £35,000 per annum depending on experience** plus performance based bonuses, pension scheme and other excellent benefits.

A Plus Aluminium are a focused, supply-only manufacturer of high quality bespoke aluminium and windows, doors, curtain walling and shop-fronts.

**The Office Administrator Role**

You will be responsible for multiple administrative functions within our busy office, including answering the phone, dealing with customer service issues, deliveries and purchasing.

All staff have personal development plans to develop themselves within and beyond their roles at the company.

**Key responsibilities as our Office Administrator**:

- Answering the phone and dealing with customer issues.
- Processing new orders and enquires
- Matching supplier acknowledgments, purchase orders and delivery notes.
- Checking invoices against deliveries and current price lists.

- Excellent organisation skills and multi-tasking
- Ability to work accurately and quickly.
- A confident phone manner.

Our office is located on an industrial centre with limited public transport, you will need to be able to travel to and from work independently. The office is based in Watford which is commutable from Hemel Hempstead, St Albans, Borehamwood, Harrow, Edgware, Kings Langley and surrounding areas.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £28,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
