We’re excited to be looking for a new Income Recovery Specialist to join our busy Income team in Eastleigh on a permanent basis.

You’ll contact customers who have fallen into arrears, investigating the circumstances around this, negotiating repayment agreements and signposting them to internal and external support if required.

Collaborative working and communication skills will all be essential as you’ll work with a range of stakeholders from DWP, debt advice organisations and internal welfare support colleagues to make sure our customers receive the support they need.

An awareness of relevant housing legislation will be a must as you’ll prepare legal documents and represent Abri in court in support of possession of our properties. You’ll ensure that our income targets are consistently met, maximising our income whilst delivering an exceptional customer service.

Abri is a large housing provider who own and manage over 50,000 homes and various community assets, serving 114,000 customers. Silva Homes joined Abri in October 2023 making the group a financially stronger and more resilient organisation. Silva will operate as a separate legal entity under the Abri Group umbrella before fully transferring in 2024.
