You will need to be motivated, flexible, dedicated and trustworthy individual to make a difference in this customer service role. Your role will predominantly consist of administration tasks, customer enquiries and supporting the Managers and Cleaning Supervisors. A full list of job requirements and what the role will entail will be discussed and tested in the interviewing process.
You will take on the role with vast amounts of initiative alongside strong administrative skills and records management experience. Applicants should be available for an immediate start and have:

You must be able to deliver given information back to the customer clearly and as requested.
Ability to competently use a computer and be able to use a variety of software
Rota software
Ticketing system
HR Software
H&S software
Customer portals
Booking systems
Spreadsheets
General documents
Ability to Data Entry
Your role will largely consist of ensuring bookings are loaded on to the system on the correct dates with required notes in order for cleaners to competently carryout the service with any specific instruction delivered to the company.
Data accuracy is key. Dates, times and addresses must be entered correctly.
Amendments to bookings must be logged coherently
Polite and confident telephone manner
You will be the initial point of contact for phone calls into the company.
You will be responsible for liaising with customers and contractors
You will be the initial person responsible for dealing with any complaints, you will need to take all relevant information from the customer and discuss with the relevant department manager in order to come to a suitable conclusion to issues.
Must be able to juggle multiple tasks
Must be able to work under pressure
Analyse departmental documentation for appropriate distribution and filling
Managing and controlling office supply inventory to ensure timely ordering or requisition of depleted or low levels of stock.
Be able to scan documents and upload to relevant software systems efficiently.
Coordinate itinerary’s and schedule in appointments for cleaners and management with 100% accuracy
You will be responsible along with the cleaning manager for amending any bookings as per customer requests
The system must be kept up to date and as ‘live’ as possible to any last minute changes so that all persons using the system have an accurate reflection of who is where and when changes have taken place.
Manage incoming and outgoing calls for a busy office
Must be extremely organised and must be good at time management.
39 hours per week to be worked as 4 x 8 hours shifts and 1 x 7 hours
You will be expected to work every other weekend including Sunday.
You must have excellent customer care skills and be able to work on your own initiative.
Your salary will be £22,000 pa after you have successfully completed your probationary period for 3 months. For your probation you will be on £20k pa. You will be entitled to 28 days paid holidays inclusive of the 8 statutory bank holidays which will be accrued on a pro rata basis.
There is high potential for promotion to administration manager after a successful 3 month probation
