Nursing Associate

We are looking to recruit a Nursing Associate at Frances Bolitho Nursing Home in Penzance.

Applicants will need to be able to demonstrate that they can work as part of a team, have very good communication and organizational skills and have a collective approach to managing risk, complex clinical presentations. Applicants are required to have the nursing associate qualification.

The hours are 12 hour shifts 3x times a week.

Starting Pay Rate of £18.87 per hour

The registered Nursing Associate will work as part of the Nursing workforce supporting Registered Nurses to deliver high quality, person centred, compassionate care to patients.

They will be part of the multi-disciplinary team delivering planned care to a group of patients working within the standards of proficiency outlined by the Nursing and Midwifery Council and in accordance with Cornwallis Care policies and protocols.

They will demonstrate the ability to work effectively as part of a team and provide support/ guidance to less experienced staff/ learners within the Nursing Home environment as needed and delegate care if appropriate
